TheKingdom ofGotzborg was founded in late 1989 as a personalendeavour of the King and his subjects.  As a micronation on paperand relying on the personal interaction needed to maintain the Kingdom,it became difficult to continue and in 1996, activity was suspended.

With the passingof time, the growth of the King, the time was ripe in2004 to bring the Kingdom back to life as a functioning nation again. With the translation to the internet, Götzborg can nowprovide a whole new meaning to community, kingdom and empire which onlya dynamic and energetic nation can.  We are excited aboutthe coming resurgence in the Kingdom and its associated entry into themodern micronational world.

We invite you totake a look around to familiarize yourself more withthe goals, direction and intentions of the Kingdom.

Each personcomes to Götzborg with a different expectation anddifferent views on all topics.  This is the soul of what makesmicronationalism so enjoyable.  The Kingdom is not so much asimulation as it is a joining of different personalities in the pursuitof three things:

-NATION BUILDING
-COMMUNITY BUILDING
-RELATIONSHIP BUILDING
