It is the policy of the Government of the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg to seek and create relationships with other like-minded micronations in which it is evident that there is an importance placed on community, interaction and shared development.  The Government of the Royal Kingdom of Gotzborg will seek out and build diplomatic relationships with all micronations, insofar as possible, in order to further the strengthening of the intermicronational community and in the interests of furthering intermicronational cooperation between nations in any way possible.  The Royal Government will not pursue relationships with nations which use military force,  forum weapons, etc to harm other nations, their forums, records etc.
